MEET
Mr. Santoro focuses on debt and equity placement for commercial real estate and telecom firms as well as sell-side M&A mandates in the telecom sector. His clients value his ability to quickly identify the proper source of capital for a given project, his creative approach to structuring transactions and the depth of his relationships with capital markets participants of various profiles.
Mr. Santoro spent 15 years working with institutional capital markets firms. During his tenure he has consummated over $20BN in transaction volume, lead-banking over $3BN in structured debt products. He began his career in real estate investment banking for RBS Greenwich Capital and Credit Suisse. Subsequently, he worked in capital markets on the structured products trading desk at Jefferies. After this, Jeff was a Director with LoanCore Capital, a privately held investment management firm with a $16BN balance sheet focused on commercial real estate credit sponsored by GIC and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
Mr. Santoro graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Economics and holds an MBA in Real Estate, Finance and Management from NYU Stern. He possesses Series 82, 79 and 63 licenses with FINRA.
